"Operating in the travel business, we receive payments from all over the world. Charges made by banks to make international money transfers can be expensive, especially when local funds are converted into $USD before making the transfer."

"Direct credit card payments have to be processed in Turkish Lire, making them prone to the effect of exchange rate fluctuations that occur during the payment or refund process. This, together with high inflation in Turkey and/or the sending country, can result in a difference between the amount authorized and the amount appearing on the credit card statement."

Following acceptance of our quotation, booking details and our payment options are sent to you by email.

Based on the date the booking starts, payments are required as follows: 

• Less than 8 weeks, payment is required in full.
• More than 8 weeks, 30% deposit, with the balance payable 8 weeks before commencement of the booking.
• Bookings made during the preceding year:
  An initial deposit of 10% secures the booking at our quoted price.
  A balance deposit of 20% is due at the end of February.
  The final balance is due 8 weeks before commencement of the booking.

We currently offer four payment options:

• PayPal using your credit card in $USD. 
• Direct Bank Transfer in $USD, £GBP or Turkish Lira.
• Payment on Arrival subject to a deposit payment by any of the above methods and the balance payment on arrival in $USD, £GBP or €uro, in cash or by travelers check. 
• Credit card via our Secure Submission Page, in $USD or £GBP. 
  Credit card via regular email, in $USD or £GBP.

When you have accepted our quotation for tourism services in Turkey, we will send you the booking details and our payment options. A link will be included in the PayPal section that includes personalized information about your booking. 

Should you choose to pay by PayPal, clicking the email link will take you to the secure PayPal website, where you can provide your credit card details.

You can also pay by clicking the PayPal logo above, which will take you to the secure PayPal website, where you can insert the amount to pay and provide your credit card details.

PayPal offers a very convenient, low cost and safe way to make payments. Once you have set up a PayPal account, you can make payments in two ways:

• By credit card using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), 128 bit encryption. Even your credit card number is not revealed to us.
• By direct transfer online from your checking account to our PayPal account.

PAYMENT: PayPal payments cannot be made from our website. When you confirm your requirements and agree our quotation, we will send you our booking details and payment options. The PayPal option includes a personalized link that connects you directly to the PayPal secure server where you will find a form that includes your booking and payment details.

REFUNDS: In the event of cancellation, we will credit your PayPal account with the amount received in $USD, less any cancellation or other charges that apply, in accordance with our booking conditions.

COMMENTS: There is no commission charge for credit card payments or PayPal account transfers using this option. Payments and refunds, are in $USD.
VISA and MasterCard are accepted.

Occasionally sending banks make the transfer through a third party bank, thus incurring further transfer charges. All such charges are the responsibility of the payee. You should make sure that your bank is able to make a direct transfer to our bank before you authorize the transaction. Details of our bank accounts will be sent with our booking details and payment options.

REFUNDS: In the event of cancellation, we will refund your bank account with the $USD or £GBP amount received, less any cancellation, bank transfer or other charges that apply, in accordance with our booking conditions.

COMMENTS: In view of the cost of making payments by bank transfer, we offer a nominal discount of up to 5% for most payments made this way.

PAYMENT: A deposit of 30% is required at the time a booking is made, payment can be made by any of the methods included on this page.

The balance payment for flights and bareboat charters is required 8 weeks before commencement of the booking. The balance payment for other booked items can be made in cash or by travelers check, on arrival, (see comments below).

REFUNDS: In the event of cancellation, we will make the refund in accordance with the refund policy that relates to the method of payment.

COMMENTS: This option is only available if payment can be made at our office in Bodrum prior to commencement of the booking.

PAY NOW BY CREDIT CARD

PAYMENT: Credit card payment transactions in Turkey have to be converted to Turkish Lira before they can be processed. The $USD or £GBP amount is converted to Turkish Lira at our current rate on the day of the transaction, plus a credit card processing fee, full information is included with our booking details and payment options. With significant exchange rate fluctuations occurring daily, it is possible that the $USD or £GBP amount appearing on your credit card statement, may differ from the amount authorized. This situation is entirely beyond our control.

Details of your credit card, and your authorization to debit the card with the amount due, are required by one of the following methods:

• By regular email. CLICK HERE
• Via our SECURE SUBMISSION PAGE (SSP).
• By telephone +90 252 313 0722.
• By fax +90 252 313 0723.

REFUNDS: In the event of cancellation, we will refund the Turkish Lira amount originally debited, less any cancellation charges that apply, in accordance with our booking conditions. High inflation in Turkey and exchange rate differences between debit and refund transaction dates, can result in a lower refund amount appearing on the credit card statement when the Turkish Lira amount is converted back to your own currency. This situation is entirely beyond our control.

COMMENTS: 

• VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard cards are ACCEPTED.
• Due to exceptionally high commission charges in Turkey, AMEX and Diners Club cards are NOT ACCEPTED.
• The current instability of the Turkish Lira in relation to other currencies, the exchange rate differences between Turkish Banks and International Banks and the effects of inflation in both countries, can result in a disparity between the amount charged by us and the amount appearing on your credit card statement. This is entirely beyond our control.
• Telephone authorization must be followed up with an email or fax confirmation, excluding the credit card details.
• To avoid any possible problems associated with exchange rate fluctuations, and the falling value of the Turkish Lire, we we strongly recommend credit card payments be made by PayPal  or in cash by Direct Bank Transfer.
